Ingredients:
- 1- lb pulled pork
- 1½ cup BBQ sauce
- 1 (15-oz) can Ranch Style beans
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
- 1 (11.36-oz) package Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix
- ¾ cup water
- ¼ cup melted butter
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425ºF. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine pulled pork, barbecue sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, and Ranch beans. Season with kosher salt and black pepper to taste.
