Easy Peach Cobbler Made With Biscuits
This simple Peach Cobbler Bubble Up is a favorite at our house. It only has 5 ingredients AND it takes about 30 minutes from start to finish. You can’t beat that! This would be great for a cookout, potluck, and holiday meal. We like to serve this slightly warm with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream! SO good!
How to Make Peach Cobbler Bubble Up
This dessert is super easy to make. Start with combining a can of peach pie filling with a can of peach slices and cinnamon. Use a spatula to chop up the peach slices into bite-sized pieces. Next, cut biscuits into quarters. Toss the peaches and biscuits together. Spread the mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle the cobbler with brown sugar and bake until the biscuits are golden brown.
- I used two cans of the smaller Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits. The cans are 6-oz each and contain 5 biscuits. I had a total of 10 biscuits. I did NOT use the large Grands! biscuits.
- Make sure to spread out the biscuits in the pan so they cook evenly. You don’t want big gobs of uncooked biscuits in the cobbler.
- Sometimes I add some sliced almonds to the cobbler.
- You can substitute fresh peach slices for the canned peaches.
- Can Peach Cobbler Bubble Up be made in advance? Yes! You could definitely make this dessert a day in advance and refrigerate it overnight. I suggest reheating it in the microwave or covered in the oven before serving.
