This Hot Artichoke Dip is hands-down the BEST artichoke dip I’ve ever eaten. Loaded with three different kinds of cheese and TONS of great flavor. I could have eaten the whole batch myself. It is that good!! This is my go-to appetizer recipe for dinner parties, game day, and holiday get-togethers. I always keep the ingredients on hand so I can whip up a batch at a moment’s notice. You MUST give this easy recipe a try ASAP!

How to Make Hot Artichoke Dip

This dip is effortless to make with only a few simple ingredients. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with a handheld electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add mayonnaise and mix until smooth. Add grated parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and chopped artichokes. Stir to combine. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Spread the artichoke mixture into a shallow baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven until bubbly. Sprinkle paprika and dried parsley over the top of the dip and enjoy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 (14-oz) can artichoke hearts, d drained and choppe
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • paprika and parsley

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand held electric mixer until smooth.
  • Add mayonnaise and mix until smooth.
  • Add remaining ingredients and stir together until combined. Transfer the dip to a pie plate or shallow gratin dish.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the top is golden brown and the dip is bubbling.
  • Garnish dip with paprika and parsley.
