Parmesan-Ranch Chicken
(Printable Recipe)
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup Ranch dressing
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 tsp pepper
cooking spray
Preheat oven to 425. Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness. Combine bread crumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, seasoned salt and pepper on plate. Dip chicken in ranch (or marinate over night) and then coat in bread crumbs. Place on baking sheet. Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese (if desired) and spray with cooking spray. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Sounds wonderful Steph... We had something using Parmesan cheese tonight. Ours was a Turkey Tetrazzini. That was good also!!!!

I tried this for my non-ranch-dressing-loving-family last night and they LOVED it! My husband would walk through the kitchen and (with a smile) say that he didn't want to see what is in my recipe. Well... after one bite, he and my (very picky) 15 year old son ate every bite, and my husband went for seconds :) Thanks for giving us such amazing, simple, yummy recipes!
