Chicken Cordon Bleu Bubble Up

We always get a Honey Baked Ham at Christmas. It is my absolute favorite!! I especially love all the leftover ham. It is great to have frozen ham to grab for casseroles during the week.

This recipe is a great way to use up some of the leftover ham. I love the combination of chicken, ham and cheese. I used some rotisserie chicken and this came together in about 5 minutes. It was ready before my oven had preheated! Love these kinds of recipes. This tasted fantastic! We both loved it! I can't wait to make this again with my leftover holiday ham.

  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 15 oz alfredo
  • 2 cups greyere or swiss
  • 1 can (12 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury Grands Jr flaky biscuits

Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray. Set aside.

Cut biscuits into quarters. Place in medium bowl. Toss biscuits with alfredo sauce, chicken, ham and 1 cup of cheese. Pour mixture into prepared 9x13-inch pan.

Top with remaining cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until biscuits are done.

  1. This looks really good. Is this something that could be made ahead of time and frozen?

Not only very tasty but simple to put together. I will definitely recommend this recipe to others. Thanks for making my evening meal such a treat.

  5. Delicious! I made this last night for dinner and it was a hit. I used 1.5c of shredded swiss and .5c of shredded fiesta blend cheese. I ate leftovers for lunch today and look forward to eating the rest for lunch tomorrow.

  6. I love Chicken Cordon Bleu, but my husband definitely does not. I'm always looking for new ways to try it so he won't mind it so bad. Putting this on the menu for next week.

  7. Yummy yummy yummy! Big hit in our house and I unfortunately have a 9 year old food snob! She's eats nothing! Until now. Has been telling everyone about this meal! As she says it's a "do over and over". So simple and so delish! Highly recommend you try this. Only change I made was I breaded and baked the chicken. I could only find jumbo flaky biscuits so I just cut them in 8 and worked perfectly.

  9. Boy is this rich! Very good. I used Bertolli's Lite Alfredo sauce and 2% swiss so it wasn't quite the artery clogger. Came together fast and was a hit.
