I needed a quick bread recipe for our pasta the other night, and this easy recipe from the side of the Bisquick box was perfect. The original recipe was only Bisquick and milk. I wanted a little more flavor, so I added mozzarella cheese and garlic. They turned out great. They were exactly what we were looking for to go with dinner. Give these a try the next time you need an easy bread recipe. They are a million times better than the canned biscuits and rolls!
How to Make Cheesy Garlic Drop Biscuits
These biscuits are super easy to make. Simply mix together Bisquick, milk, shredded mozzarella, and garlic powder. Scoop the dough and drop it onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake until golden brown.
- You can use regular, Heart Healthy, or Gluten-Free Bisquick.
- I used a large cookie scoop to scoop the biscuits onto the baking sheet.
- You can make the biscuits smaller if you prefer. Decrease the cooking time for smaller biscuits.
- Can Cheesy Garlic Drop Biscuits be frozen? Yes! You can freeze any leftover biscuits for later.

Yum!! I don't think I've seen these done with mozz before, but how could that not be good?! Haven't meant to be a stranger lately, so thanks for stopping by to visit. I've had a bit of spring cleaning/spring fever the past few weeks, so haven't been blogging or visiting much.
Hope you have a beautiful weekend.
Holy cow these look good! I'll have to try these on our next pasta night!
I mean, right on for your pasta dish.
Good idea Steph!
