How to Make Pimento Cheese Ball
This is a super easy recipe to make. Simply combine cream cheese, mayo, sharp cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and pimentos in a medium mixing bowl. Shape the mixture into a ball or log. Wrap the cheese mixture in plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm. A few hours before serving, remove the cheese from the refrigerator and roll the cheese ball in toasted chopped pecans and parsley.

I’ve made this several times. I cut the recipe in half. I add a good squirt of mayo but no garlic. It’s so easy and delicious.
