How to Make Divine Asparagus
This Divine Asparagus was ready to bake before the oven even preheated. It is super easy to make. Snap the tough ends of the asparagus off, put in a baking dish, spread with mayonnaise, and top with parmesan cheese, and paprika. Pop the dish in the oven and bake.
- I prefer to use Duke’s or Hellmann’s Mayonnaise
- You can assemble the dish ahead of time and refrigerate overnight.
- Feel free to add some garlic salt and pepper to the asparagus.

Steph
I use this recipe with chicken, so excited to try it with asparagus! I usually throw some panko on top for a little extra crunch.
I’ll have to try this with chicken – sounds yummy!
Could you mix 1/2 & 1/2 sour cream or plain yogurt instead of all mayo. Thank you
OMG, That was so good!!! I never write reviews but that was an AMAZING recipe. Only if you like mayonaise I suppose but I do and I LOVED it.
Delicious. One of the best recipes we’ve had for asparagus. My Husband loved it and he isn’t all that crazy about it. Thanks
Love this recipe! So easy and low carb! I use smoked paprika and garlic powder! Will definitely make it again!
I made two pans of this for a church potluck today, and it was a huge hit! Someone even poured the juice out as gravy after the asparagus was gone! I added a half tablespoon of lemon pepper in the topping, because I like lemon with asparagus.
lemon pepper sounds perfect! I'll try that next time. Glad to hear it was a hit!
love it! Gonna make some! Right now!
