How to Make Million Dollar Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Shells
This pasta casserole is very easy to make. Start with cooking some jumbo pasta shells. While the pasta is cooking make the filling with cooked chicken, cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, parsley, parmesan, and mozzarella. Stuff the cooked pasta shells with the chicken filling. Place in a baking dish and top with Alfredo sauce and more mozzarella cheese. Pop the dish in the oven and bake.
- I used rotisserie chicken for the cooked chicken in this recipe.

- You can assemble the casserole in advance and refrigerate overnight.
- Can Million Dollar Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Shells be frozen? Yes! You can assemble the casserole and cover it with plastic wrap and aluminum foil and freeze. When ready to bake, thaw, and cook as directed.

I made these tonight with homemade alfredo sauce. They were delicious! Even my crazy picky 8 year old ate it! And she’s the pickiest eater ever!
I added a can of french style green beans cut up in smaller pieces for added vegies!
I would love to try this recipe, but I really don’t like cottage cheese. Could ricotta cheese be substituted?
I have never used jarred Alfredo sauce. Could you please make some suggestions? Thanks!
Homemade alfredo is super easy. Melt 1/2 cup butter with 1.5 cups heavy cream and 2oz cream cheese. Summer and add 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic and italian seasoning each and 1/4 teaspoon of salt & black pepper each. After that just melt 1.5 cups grated parmesan (not the stuff u shake, from a block!) and voila! I like to add onions and chopped parsley too. Careful when reheating but it’s so good usually no left overs.
Thanks!
HI, Terri- do you have an Aldies near you? The have the BEST Alfredo jarred sauce.
