What are Pierogies?
Pierogies are similar to ravioli. It is a pasta dough filled with a variety of sweet or savory fillings. I use Mrs T’s pierogies filled with mashed potatoes. I find them in the freezer section at the grocery store. For this pierogi casserole, I used two boxes of frozen garlic & parmesan pierogies.
