Pin This RecipeI have a serious weakness for pigs in a blanket. I can’t eat just ten one. I think they are perfection! SO, it should come as no surprise that this Pigs in a Blanket Breakfast Casserole was a HUGE hit in our house!! Pigs in a Blanket topped with cheese, eggs and milk. O-M-G! SO good!
We ate this casserole for lunch, but it is definitely great for breakfast, brunch or dinner. This would be perfect for any upcoming football tailgates too! Nothing says football food like pigs in a blanket. I have this on the menu for our first early kickoff!
We both LOVED this Pigs in a Blanket Breakfast Casserole. It was super easy to make and tasted great! Serve this with some Frozen Fruit Salad or Grape Salad and you are set!

I gotta try this. My question is can I freeze some after since I am alone and can’t eat all.
Thank you!
Sure!
Not bad. I only used one 8-count tube of crescent rolls and cut them in half rather than thirds, and then put them in an 8×8 for my husband and me. My husband really enjoys breakfasts like this, while it’s not really my style. I took it out after 30 minutes but it wasn’t quite done, but after another 10 it was perfect.
Could this be made the night before?
It should work now.
Delish! Definitely a keeper. Didn't have to use the 4 count crescents and reduced by one egg. Really cannot taste the Dijon mustard. It was great!
Has anyone since tried to prep this the night before with any success? Looks amazing
I think you could assemble and refrigerate overnight without any problems.
can you make this ahead the night before and refrigerate overnight?
I’ve never refrigerated it overnight, but I think it would be just fine.
What can I use instead of mustard bc I'm not fond of it? This looks really good though. Have a great day!
I bet ranch would work, BBQ sauce, regular mustard. Prob anything you can think of that you think would pair well with the smokies.
Looks really good Steph and I think i'll give it a try with link breakfast sausage.
that sounds INCREDIBLE!
