Breakfast Casseroles

We love breakfast casseroles at our house because they are so versatile and fun.  They are great for any meal, and typically there is a good amount of leftovers for a quick meal the next day.  Additionally, you can make a lot of these before hand and freeze for a later day.

This breakfast casserole is a great way to start your day or even end your day with a great dinner.  The Ham & Cheese Crescent Breakfast Casserole is wonderful.  It’s full of tasty ham and cheese using crescent rolls.  The Sausage McMuffin Casserole is a great version utilizing your favorite sausage and English muffins.  We like to finish this with a bit of syrup and fresh fruit when plating.  Yum!  Another fun take on casserole is the Little Smokie Croissant Breakfast Casserole.  Everybody loves these sausages and this is great way to utilize them in your breakfast.  Fun, fast, and your family will love it.
