Place frozen hash brown patties in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle the cooked sausage over the hash browns. Add shredded cheese and salsa. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and taco seasoning. Pour egg mixture over the cheese layer. Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown and set.
