These Crack Keto Biscuits are AH-MAZ-ING! Even if you aren’t doing the Keto diet, you are going to LOVE this bread. Low-carb bread loaded with cheddar, bacon, and ranch – so good! I made these to go with a steak dinner last weekend and we gobbled them up! We had a couple of leftover biscuits. I warmed them up and ate them with some scrambled eggs for breakfast. Perfect!
How to Make Keto Biscuits with Almond Flour
These Crack Keto Biscuits are super easy to make. Start with melting some cream cheese and mozzarella cheese. I just popped it in the microwave for about a minute. Next stir in some baking powder, eggs, almond flour, ranch dressing mix, cheddar cheese, and bacon. Form the dough into balls and let rest 10 minutes before baking. So easy!
I used a 10-inch skillet and a large cookie scoop and got 11 biscuits. If you don’t want individual biscuits, I think you could just put the dough in the skillet or baking pan and make a loaf of bread. I like to brush the cooked biscuits with some melted butter and dried parsley.
The key to making these Crack Keto Biscuits is using superfine almond flour. Almond flour is pretty common in stores. I bought mine at Publix and Walmart. I used King Arthur Flour brand. I also like Bob’s Red Mill Almond Flour.
Can Crack Keto Biscuits Be Frozen?
I have not frozen these Crack Keto Biscuits, but I am sure they would be just fine frozen after you have baked them. To reheat after freezing, thaw and either reheat in the microwave or wrap in foil and reheat in the oven.

I need more stars to click. These were by far the BEST keto biscuits that I have EVER eaten. As a matter of fact, they are the best biscuit I have ever eaten. I am making my second batch today, just waiting for my ingredients to come to room temperature 😋😋😋
Omg!!! Bravo!!! They turned out perfect.
I made these tonight. They are really really good. I didn’t put in the fridge and they turned out wonderful.
Good to know you can skip the refrigerating step if you are in a hurry.
OMG…. These were EVERYTHING!! I wanted more of a breakfast biscuit (like the kind you buy at the store) so I eliminated the bacon and ranch. Sooooooo good. It hit the spot. 2.5 carbs each. I also had cooked it on 375 for 10-13 minutes.
I tried them your way but added everything bagel seasoning. They are fabulous!!
Sounds delicious!
Very good!
Absolutely loved them! I’m not keto but my best friend is and this was great when I made dinner for her and her husband! For us non-keto people (almond flour is expensive lol), can regular flour be used in its place?
You could make these Cracked Out 7up Biscuits https://www.plainchicken.com/cracked-out-7up-biscuits/

Made these tonight exactly like the recipe. We loved them but the biscuits are a little more dense than we’re used to. Any suggestions on lightening them up without getting carb-heavy?
I would love to make this but I’m allergic to Almonds, anyone successfully made this with coconut flour?
OMG!!!! These are AH-MAZING! The recipe was super-simple and quick. Thank you for posting this. I wish I could eat them all at once ;).
These are the best! Had to cut the recipe in half because of the amount of ingredients I had on hand and also didn’t have a oven safe skillet in hand so I made muffins. This one’s a keeper for sure!!!
These came out AMAZING! I used just a round cake pain and they were perfect. The texture and taste was perfect as well!!
I made these last night. Sooo good. I didn’t put bacon or ranch in and added some fresh parsley. Deeelicious
Omg!!! So good! I see where they get their name!
Really easy to make. I weighed all the ingredients. Was delicious.
Just made these and Hubby and I give them a big thumbs up. Disclaimer, I had to do some substituting, but they still came out great. I mistakenly bought an Italian blend of grated cheese (mozzarella, provolone, Parmesan, and a couple others) instead of mozzarella, opps! I also didn’t have a packet of Ranch dressing mix so made my own from a website. It had more dill and parsley so the color was a little off and no buttermilk powder. Even with those changes the biscuits are fantastic!
Making this again for an upcoming camping trip to serve with barbecued chicken and salad – yum!
