How to Make Garbage Bread
This bread is super easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain excess grease. In a large bowl, stir together ground beef, crumbled bacon, hamburger seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and Velveeta cheese. Season with salt and black pepper, if desired.
Open a can of pizza dough and roll it into a 15×10-inch rectangle. Top the pizza crust with the meat mixture. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Starting with the long side of the dough, roll up jelly-roll style. Pinch the edges to seal.
Place the loaf seam-side down on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the dough. Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown. Allow the bread to cool for 5-10 minutes before cutting into slices.

I’m making this for Superbowl with your homemade pizza dough recipe!!!
If you store it a day ahead what do you wrap it in and do you brush the crust with anything? Thanks
Do you mean that you want to assemble the bread and not bake it? or do you mean that you want to bake it and then reheat it later?
Can you make this in an air fryer? This does sound amazing.
yes – Here is our post on tips to covert recipes for the airfryer: Our Favorite Air Fryer Recipes & Tips
This sounds amazing. Can you roll the filling in the dough and refrigerate a day or 2 before baking? I’m hosting a party and would love to be able to just throw in the oven the day of the party?
I think it would be fine for up to 24 hours in the refrigerator before baking.
Would this recipe work using crescent roll dough, instead of those mentioned?
You can try it – you might have leftover filling as crescent roll dough is smaller than pizza dough.
I have a question and maybe I missed this, but with the Velveeta, do you melt it first and then add to the ground beef?
Thanks for your help,
Jane
NO. Just add it to the pan with the hot ground beef mixture. You don’t want it to be liquid. Just stir until it starts to melt.
What dipping sauce is in the picture? It looks very good.

Wondering if velveeta is chopped. Thanks!
Sure- just cut it into a few cubes and stir it into the hot beef mixture.
