I love a good steak dinner and Outback Steakhouse has some of the best steaks around. They are always cooked perfectly and taste great! We were grilling steaks last weekend and Chicken Legs asked me to make a copycat recipe of the steak seasoning so we could have it at home. I took a stab at it, and I think it is really close to Outback’s flavors. I love that we can bring the steakhouse home anytime we want!

How to Make Outback Steak Seasoning
This spice blend is super easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. In a small bowl, whisk together:
- kosher salt
- paprika
- black pepper
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- cayenne pepper
- ground coriander
- turmeric
When ready to cook the steaks, pat the steaks dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle a few teaspoons of seasoning blend on both sides of the steak and rub it into the meat. Cook the steaks on the grill or in a large frying pan or cast-iron skillet to the desired level of doneness.

You are sooo right. This stuff is amazing. I have been buying it from the Dollar Tree for almost a year now and it is our ‘go to’ seasoning. Glad you mentioned chicken and pork, it works well there too.
