Easy grilled chicken recipes are my favorite! This Sweet Chili Ranch Grilled Chicken has quickly become a favorite in our house. We’ve made it several times over the past month and never get tired of it.

There are only 2 ingredients in the marinade – sweet chili sauce and Ranch dressing. SO easy and SOOOOO delicious! The chicken can marinate for a few hours up to overnight. We almost always marinate our chicken overnight to achieve maximum flavor.

We used chicken tenders in this recipe, but chicken breasts or thighs would also work great! You can use boneless or bone-in chicken. Make sure to adjust the cooking time to ensure the chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165ºF.

We grilled the chicken, but you can cook the chicken inside in a skillet. Simply cook the chicken tenders a few minutes on each side and serve. Super easy!

As I said, this chicken was a big hit at our house. I like to double the recipe so we can eat leftovers for lunch during the week. The leftovers are great on a salad, in a quesadilla, or a sandwich wrap. We like to serve the chicken with some potatoes and green beans. Instructions:

  • Whisk together sweet chili sauce and Ranch dressing. Place chicken tenders in a gallon ziplock bag. Pour marinade over chicken and refrigerate 2 hours up to overnight.
  • Remove chicken from marinade and grill approximately 10 minutes, until done.

Notes:

Can use any cut of chicken you prefer- breasts, tenders, thighs, drumsticks.
Can use marinade on boneless or bone-in chicken. Adjust cooking time to ensure chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165ºF.
To cook chicken tenders in a skillet, pan sear the chicken for 3 to 4 minutes per side.

        1. I’m going to bake mine tonight. I have boneless skinless chicken thighs so I’m going to try 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes, depends on temperature when I check them after 15 minutes. And I’m putting them on a rack too. Making some truffle seasoned potatoes in the oven and Parmesan roasted green beans.
