How to Cook Grilled Chicken Thighs

This bbq chicken recipe is super easy to make with only a few ingredients. In a large bowl, whisk together beer, bbq dry rub, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Place boneless skinless chicken thighs in a large ziplock bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.

When ready to cook, remove the chicken from the marinade. Pat the chicken dry with a clean paper towel. Prepare the grill and cook the chicken over direct heat, flipping once or twice, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165ºF.
