Buffalo Ranch Grilled Chicken – all the flavor of wings but without the messy fingers! This chicken is CRAZY good!! Only 5 ingredients in the marinade – olive oil, Ranch, buffalo sauce, Worcestershire and garlic. Can marinate overnight for maximum flavor. We always double the recipe and there are never any leftovers! Such a delicious quick and easy chicken recipe!
This recipe was inspired by our favorite sports bar. I love their grilled chicken and I always get it tossed in buffalo sauce. All the flavor of wings without the messy fingers!! I decided to make my own version of the grilled buffalo chicken. My version kicks it up a notch with some Ranch dressing in the marinade too!
This Buffalo Ranch Grilled Chicken is the BEST! OMG! It was so good that we actually made it twice last week. I love the leftovers in a tortilla wrap! YUM!
The chicken is marinated in a combination of buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, Worcestershire sauce and garlic. SO simple and SO yummy. You can use this on chicken breasts or chicken tenders. I like to let the chicken hang out in the marinade overnight for maximum flavor. This does have a little kick from the wing sauce, but I would say it is definitely on the mild end of the heat spectrum.
Just as an FYI – I used Frank’s Wing Sauce. It is next to all the hot sauce at the grocery store. I buy the giant bottle because we use a lot of hot sauce and wing sauce in our house!
