What to Make For Dinner

Good Morning! I hope everyone is having a great weekend. It is time to start planning the week ahead. Today I am sharing our weekly meal plan. I’ve got a quick and easy main dish and side for every single night of the week. I am also sharing a delicious dessert.

All of the recipes will easily feed a family of four. Many of the recipes can be made in advance and refrigerated or frozen for later. I love to make a few recipes on Sunday for super easy meals during the week.

  1. You really do kill it on the recipes. My family would be so blessed to eat like this for a whole week. I’m trying to not eat a lot of carbs right now though but I feel like some of these are easily modified. Such as the Mississippi Pot Roast Soup, I can use zucchini noodles instead. So many amazing flavors in your recipes!

  2. What a Week!!! Every item on the menu is something my family will love. Your weekly suggestions have greatly improved our evening meals. Thank you for all your work.

  3. Absolutely love your weekly items…they are always among my favorites!!! (You keep my Pinterest Boards interesting and full.) Thank you!!

  4. This gives me great ideas. If there is an ingredient my family doesn’t like I just work around it, has not been a problem. I get this on the weekend and I have already planned around your last menu so I use these new ideas for next weeks menu and shop for it. Works really well. Thanks so much for the ideas. God Bless You!

  5. I use a lot of your recipes, Stephanie. It is so good to see young people taking an interest in cooking.
I have already copied three of these recipes and will be trying them out for friends and family.
Thank you so much for a great blog. I like the way I can print your recipes out, also. I often copy an image of the pictures and cut them out and glue them onto the printed recipe. Thanks again.
