I can't believe that it is already AUGUST!! Where did the summer go???

This week's meal plan is another good one! My favorite meal on the meal plan is Saturday night. It is better than any restaurant! I promise!! If you only make one recipe, make Saturday's recipe!!!

As always, I've got you covered for the whole week. A main dish for every night. I've also included side dishes and a dessert for the week. I hope you enjoy the recipes that you try this week!

MONDAY
Lasagna Biscuit Cups Recipe - all the flavors of lasagna baked in a yummy biscuit cup! Cottage cheese or ricotta, mozzarella,   sausage or hamburger, spaghetti sauce baked in a biscuit muffin cup. Seriously amazing!  All the flavors of lasagna without all the work!


TUESDAY


Smothered Green Beans - canned green beans baked in bacon, brown sugar, butter, soy sauce and garlic. This is the most requested green bean recipe in our house.Everybody gets seconds. SO good!! Great for a potluck. Everyone asks for the recipe! Super easy to make.


WEDNESDAY
Taco Rice Bake - loaded with taco meat, beans, Rotel, cheese, and rice. It's a full meal in one dish! We like to top the casserole with our favorite taco toppings - cheese, sour cream, jalapeños and guacamole! This a great change to our usual taco night!!


Creamed Corn Butter Dips Recipe - creamed corn, butter, eggs and Bisquick - only 4 simple ingredients make up this delicious corn bread recipe!
