Happy New Year's Eve!!! What is everybody doing tonight? We are having drinks and dinner in the safety of our own home. I've got a bottle of bubbly to pop open at midnight! I hope everyone has a safe and happy New Year! Welcome 2018!

This week's menu is loaded with family favorites. I have an easy Black Eyed Pea recipe for you. You know you have to eat black eyed peas for luck in the new year. We never take any chances! I've shared our family cornbread recipe to go with the Black Eyed Peas. SO good!!! It is also a great way to use up any leftover holiday ham.

WEDNESDAY
Slow Cooker Rotisserie Chicken - tastes better than store-bought chickens! SO easy. Rub spices on the chicken and pop in the slow cooker. Put cooked chicken under the broiler for a bit to crisp up the skin. Great for dinner or shred chicken and freeze to use in casseroles later. Everyone LOVED this easy slow cooker chicken recipe!



THURSDAY


FRIDAY
Sausage Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole - hash browns, sausage, eggs & cheese - can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until ready! Great for overnight guest and Christmas morning!


SATURDAY
Crack Chicken Crescent Bites - chicken, bacon, cheddar and ranch baked in crescent rolls. SO addictive!!! I took these to a party and they flew off the plate. You might want to double this recipe. Everyone RAVES about this easy chicken recipe. Great for tailgating, parties, lunch and dinner. Can make chicken mixture ahead of time and assemble crescents when ready to bake. SO GOOD!!!




SUNDAY




Caramel Apple Dump Cake - tastes like Fall Y'all!! With only 4 simple ingredients, you can't go wrong with this easy dessert recipe! Great for a crowd. Serve warm with some vanilla ice cream or fresh whipped cream. I never have any leftovers! A real crowd pleaser!!
