What to Make For Dinner

Good Morning! I hope everyone is having a great weekend. It is time to start planning the week ahead. Today I am sharing our weekly meal plan. I've got a quick and easy main dish and side for every single night of the week. I am also sharing a delicious dessert.

All of the recipes will easily feed a family of four. Many of the recipes can be made in advance and refrigerated or frozen for later. I love to make a few recipes on Sunday for super easy meals during the week.

MONDAY
Chicken Taco Soup Recipe - Chicken, beans, corn, tomatoes, Ranch mix and taco seasoning. Can be made two different ways. On the stovetop with some rotisserie chicken or in the slow cooker with some boneless chicken breasts. Either way, it is super delicious and packed FULL of flavor! Serve with some cornbread for a delicious meal!



TUESDAY  
Crack Chicken Roll Ups - our favorite weeknight meal!! Frozen chicken fingers, cheddar cheese, bacon and ranch wrapped in crescent rolls and topped with cream of chicken soup and milk. Seriously delicious!! I always have to double the recipe for my family. We never have any leftovers! #chicken #casserole #chickencasserole #weeknightdinner #easychickenrecipe

WEDNESDAY

THURSDAY 
Bacon Cheeseburger Tater Tot Casserole - hamburger, bacon, cheese, cheese soup, sour cream and tater tots - what's not to love? We ate this twice in one day! Can be made ahead of time and refrigerated or frozen for later. You can also divide it between two 8x8-inch foil pans and freeze one. Great for a potluck and tailgating this fall!


FRIDAY
Johnny Marzetti Casserole Recipe - classic pasta casserole that will please the entire family! Ground beef, onions, tomato soup, tomato sauce, tomato paste, egg noodles, cheddar cheese and mozzarella. Can make ahead and refrigerate or freeze for later! A classic casserole that is perfect comfort food that can feed a crowd! Everyone cleans their plate! Such an easy weeknight meal!!
SATURDAY
Ham and Cheese Biscuit Quiche - our FAVORITE quiche! The crust is made out of homemade biscuit dough. It is like a big open faced ham, egg and cheese biscuit. SO good!!! Self-Rising flour, butter, buttermilk, ham, cheese, eggs, half-and-half and sour cream. Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Everyone LOVES this yummy casserole!!! #quiche #breakfast #biscuit #ham


SUNDAY
Slow Cooker Huli Huli Chicken - DANGEROUSLY good!!! Chicken breast slow cooked in brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, sherry, ginger, and garlic. We ate this twice in one week. It was seriously delicious!! Can use chicken thighs instead of breasts. Serve over rice, potatoes or noodles. Also great on top of a salad!


Teriyaki Green Beans - our favorite green bean recipe. SO delicious!! Green beans, shallot, mushrooms, garlic, teriyaki sauce and sesame seeds. Ready to eat in about 15 minutes. Great weeknight side dish! #sidedish #easysidedish #greenbeans #mushrooms




Pecan Pie Bubble Up - pecan pie filling tossed with biscuits - crazy good!! Serve warm with vanilla ice cream! Everyone LOVES this easy dessert recipe. Always the first thing to go!
