Is anyone looking for an easy last-minute appetizer for their Memorial Day party? Well, look no further! This No-Bake Layered Taco Dip in a flag shape is PERFECT! It is so easy to make and SUPER patriotic and festive! This cold dip is a version of the popular 7-Layer Dip recipe. My version takes up one notch with 8-ish layers of goodness. Refried beans, guacamole, sour cream, corn, cheese, tomatoes, green onions, and olives. We serve this easy appetizer with some tortilla chips. It would also be great with Fritos or celery sticks. You can whip this dip up today and refrigerate it until you are ready to serve.
How to Make 7 Layer Taco Dip
This dip is SUPER easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. In a medium bowl, combine a can of refried beans and diced green chiles. Spread the beans in the bottom of a 9Ć13-inch casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Spread guacamole over the top of the beans. In a small bowl, combine sour cream and taco seasoning mix. Spread sour cream mixture over the layer of guacamole. Sprinkle corn kernels over the sour cream layer. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the corn. Arrange chopped green onions in a rectangle in the top left corner of the pan. Top green onions with olive slices. Arrange chopped tomatoes in rows over the cheese to form the stripes of the flag. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Easy peasy!
