How to Make Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders
These sandwiches are super easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain excess grease. Add ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and hamburger seasoning to the skillet. Stir well. Add Velveeta cheese to the pan and simmer just until the cheese has melted. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
In a small saucepan melt butter over medium heat. Add brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and sesame seeds and stir. Bring to a boil and immediately remove from the heat.
Cut the entire loaf horizontally without separating the rolls and place the bottoms in a 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread ground beef mixture over the bottom buns. Top meat with cheese slices and bacon slices. Place top buns on top of the cheese. Brush glaze over the top of the rolls. Bake in a preheated oven until warm and toasty. Sprinkle with dried parsley for a pop of color.
