Cracked Out Chicken Noodle Casserole Recipe – chicken, noodles, chicken soup, cheddar, bacon, Ranch and sour cream, topped with crushed Fritos. THE BEST chicken casserole. We eat this at least once a month. Everyone loves it!
This recipe came about much like my Crack Potatoes recipe – leftover Crack Dip. I hardly ever make a regular chicken casserole. I think the old-school sour cream and cream of chicken soup recipe is too mushy and lacks flavor. I thought if I substituted Crack Dip for the sour cream and added noodles it might be good. I was wrong, it was great! Seriously delicious! Chicken Legs especially loved it. This makes a ton, so I froze half of it for later. This is definitely going in the regular dinner rotation!
