How to Make Crack Mini Quiches

This recipe is super easy to make with only a few ingredients. Spray a 12-cup muffin pan with non-stick spray. Place wonton wrappers in the muffin pan. Spray the top of the wonton wrapper with cooking spray and bake in a preheated oven until lightly brown.

In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels. Chop bacon and place in the bottom of the wonton wrappers. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Whisk together eggs, heavy whipping cream, dijon mustard, sour cream, and ranch seasoning in a medium bowl. Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and cheese.

Return the muffin pan to the oven and bake until the eggs are set. Remove quiches from the pan and cool on a wire rack. Sprinkle with parsley.
