  1. But how long are you simmering it once you add the heavy cream and Parmesan, you must have to cook it down a little at least.

    1. Not really- it is just to make the rice creamy. Maybe a minute or two, but you make it however you like. Enjoy!

  2. I got this in my email this morning and had to try it right away! As luck would have it, I didn’t have enough white rice, so I used brown. I ended up using 3 cups of chicken broth + 1/4 cup white cooking wine and simmering for 45 min. It was ever so slightly too much liquid but was still so good!
