Personally I love potatoes, I bet I would love these!
Yum! I'm making these tonight.
These babies look delicious
I do a roasted potato with similar ingredients but do my potatoes just quartered. I like the idea of doing them thin sliced like this, almost like thick potato chips. I think the kids would love this. You rock Steph!
Your oven roasted potatoes looks really good. Slicing them thin really does help to make the potatoes crispy.
I love love love potatoes! These sound fabulous to me!
You don't love potatoes? Oh, I DO! I'll be giving these a try soon!
Happy Friday!

thanks for sharing the deliciousness!
I saw these on pinterest and just had to look, these sound yummy and very similar to a recipe I grew up with. My version also uses sliced potatoes, but after that they get a light cross-hatch pattern with a pairing knife (not sure why, mom never explained), then are brushed with melted butter and sprinkled with seasoning salt before baking. So yummy, but will have to try the Italian seasoning next time. Thank you for sharing.
making these tonight minus the italian seasoning
These potatoes look awesome. I can't wait to try them along with the lime chicken!

I make potatoes like this fairly often. Cabela's makes a Beer & Garlic flavoring mix that is amazing on these!
I will have to make these tonight! Thanks! I love your recipes!
Budget Earth - Ultra Yummy Crockpot Chicken Tortilla Soup Recipe
Yum! I never thought of Italian seasoning. I'll have to try this!
450 is much too hot for this if slice "really thin" as stated. They maxed out at about 10-12 minutes. Delicious otherwise.
Great recipe! I made this for dinner along with some baked chicken breasts, so I ended up baking the potatoes for 30 minutes on 425. Next time I make this recipe, I'll grease the pan with a little more olive oil; some of the potatoes stuck to the pan.
Is the Parmasan cheese fresh and grated, or Kraft in the can?
Diane - I used the parmesan cheese from the green can
Did this as an Hor d'euvres and it was a huge hit. Thanks for sharing!
I am making these tonight with a Standing Rib Roast that we have roasting on the Big Green Egg!
Thanks for sharing this recipe.
Making these tonight for my son and I, as side with steak. We decided to add a bit of white truffle oil to the mix, and wow! Thanks for sharing
likes2eat - I got some white truffle oil for Christmas - I'll have to try it with these potatoes
Fast, easy and lots of good flavor. Enjoyed and will make again.
