I hope everyone had a great Memorial Day holiday! We spent the holiday relaxing at home. We fired up the grill for lunch and dinner. It was nice to just do nothing and enjoy the day. 

Summer is now in full swing! This weeks menu is loaded with grilling recipes. I have chicken, pork and beef. The burgers on Monday are some of the BEST ever! I have some in the freezer for our dinner tomorrow. I also have one Instant Pot Recipe for you. It is more of a breakfast recipe, but we LOVE breakfast for dinner in our house!

MONDAY
Grilled Meatloaf Burgers - AMAZING burgers! Ground beef, ketchup, mustard, onion, bread crumbs, milk and Worcestershire sauce. Can make ahead and freeze for later. We ate these burgers twice in one day. SO good!!! #burgers #grilling #hamburgerrecipe
TUESDAY
Taco Ranch Chicken - our favorite! SO easy and this tastes delicious! Only 6 ingredients - olive oil, Ranch dressing, taco seasoning, lime juice, vinegar and chicken. Great on its own or on top of a salad or in tacos and quesadillas. We make this at least  once a week! Such a quick and easy Mexican chicken recipe!

THURSDAY
Bacon Bourbon BBQ Chicken - THE BEST chicken EVER! Chicken coated in a BBQ Bacon paste and brushed with Bourbon BBQ sauce. Chicken, bacon, bourbon, bbq sauce, salt, garlic powder, onion power, pepper, paprika, brown sugar. We made this twice in one week it was SO good. Even our picky eaters asked for seconds! Broccoli Casserole - NO cream of anything soup!! Loaded with broccoli, onion, red bell pepper and mushrooms. Top with cheddar AND parmesan cheese! This is seriously DELICIOUS! Can make ahead and refrigerate or freeze for later!  Onion, red bell pepper, mushrooms, salt, pepper, flour, milk, cheddar, parmesan, broccoli, ritz crackers, butter. #broccoli #casserole #sidedish


FRIDAY


Mini Cheddar Scones - CRAZY good!!! They go with everything - soups, stews, casseroles, grilled meats. We make these yummy biscuits every week! Flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, butter, cheese, and buttermilk. Surprisingly easy to make! We gobble these up!! #biscuits #cheddar #scones #breadrecipe
SATURDAY
Grilled Pineapple Pork Chops - seriously delicious! Only 5 ingredients! Tastes better than any restaurant. Italian dressing, soy sauce, brown sugar, pineapple juice and pork chops. SO tender and juicy. Such a quick and easy pork chop recipe!


Corn and Rice Casserole - only 4 ingredients! Chicken, Rice, Soup & Cheese. It is THE BEST corn casserole I've ever eaten! Can be made ahead of time. Quick side dish recipe!


SUNDAY
Italian BBQ Ranch Grilled Chicken Recipe - simply 4 ingredient recipe! Let the chicken marinate all day in this yummy mixture for the yummiest, juiciest chicken ever! Leftover are great on top of a salad, in a quesadilla or on top of a yummy flatbread.


Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes - THE BEST potatoes EVER! Everything cooks in the same pan - easy cleanup! Only 5 ingredients! Potatoes, heavy cream, garlic, parsley, and mozzarella cheese. I could have a made a meal out of these potatoes. I'm still thinking about them! SO good! Easy side dish that is ready in 30 minutes.


Marinated Grilled Vegetables - zucchini, squash, mushrooms, tomatoes, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper and red onion marinated in olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice and garlic. Marinate veggies for 30 minutes and grill. Ready in about 15 minutes! SO easy and SO delicious! Everyone loves these vegetables! Use leftovers in a quiche.
