What’s For Dinner? Weekly Meal Plan

Good Morning! I hope everyone is having a great weekend. It is time to start planning the week ahead. Today I am sharing our weekly meal plan. I’ve got a quick and easy main dish and side for every single night of the week. I am also sharing a delicious dessert.

All of the recipes will easily feed a family of four. Many of the recipes can be made in advance and refrigerated or frozen for later. I love to make a few recipes on Sunday for super easy meals during the week.

  1. Help,
    I tried a recipe that I loved. It was a chicken recipe, marinated in apple cider vinegar for one, I remember hot sauce ( you recommended Franks) and I don’t remember the rest. You said to pound the chicken to even thickness and marinate at least 2 hours to overnight. I can’t find the recipe and I am so upset. It was wonderful!!!! Do you know what I am talking about? Thanks in advance.

  2. When the kids come over for dinner, the rule is I can never cook anything I’ve ever made before! I choose a Soup or heavy Appi, Entree and Two Sides and a Dessert! I have used so many of your recipes over the 10 years I’ve been doing this! As you can imagine I scour so many sites and yours is always a winner! When we sit down to eat we are all guinea pigs together! Fun!
