This Creamy Sausage Rotel Pasta is a new favorite! I’ve made this several times and absolutely LOVE it. I combined two of my favorite recipes (Creamy Noodles and 3-Ingredient Cream Cheese Sausage Dip) into one AH-MAZ-ING main dish! Pasta, sausage, Rotel diced tomatoes and green chiles, in a creamy cheesy Alfredo style sauce. O-M-YUM! This only takes a few minutes to make and tastes great! I seriously could not stop eating this pasta. Heck, I dream about this yummy pasta! You MUST give it a try ASAP!

How to Make Creamy Sausage & Rotel Pasta
This pasta is super easy to make. Start with cooking the spaghetti. While the spaghetti is cooking, brown some sausage. Add cream cheese, garlic, butter, sour cream, heavy cream, and Rotel diced tomatoes and green chiles. Cook until the cheese has melted and the sauce starts to thicken. Toss in the cooked spaghetti and serve.
- I used Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage. You can use any brand or type of fresh pork sausage you prefer.
- Don’t like spaghetti? You can use any pasta you prefer. Penne, bowtie, fettuccine, or linguine all work great.
- Is Sausage & Rotel Pasta spicy? This pasta does have a kick to it. If you are sensitive to heat, use a can of Mild Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles.
- This pasta is best served immediately after preparing.
- You may need to add more heavy cream, milk, or chicken broth to the pasta when reheating any leftovers.

This was a quick and easy recipe for this cool Saturday night. I haven’t received the thumbs up from my family yet, however, they said it looks and smells good! I say it’s “Delisioso”(tried while cooking)
I have made this 3 times in the past month! I did not change a thing and to me, this is so unbelievably good! I am addicted for sure!!!!
I made a few substitutions and additions to the recipe but it was SUPER YUMMY! I used egg noodles instead of spaghetti noodles and used ground beef instead of ground sausage. I also added mushrooms, spinach, sliced italian sausage, and about 1/2 cup of mild cheddar cheese. My family absolutely loved it and it was super easy and quick to make! I’ve added this to my list of potluck recipes and quick meals to prepare for my family.
This was pretty tasty! I screwed up and used 12 oz of pasta, but it was still good. It came together quickly and there’s still a decent sized serving left after 4 of us had plenty. I served it with crescent rolls brushed with garlic butter.
I also made this, and just for the fun of it, as I would heat up a serving, I would add baby leaf spinach that I made into smaller pieces and it was a great add in for me.

I made this with veggie crumbles and it was delish!!! The base is so good, you can probably sub any protein or pasta. Will try it with turkey sausage next time, yummy!!
So easy to make and super yummy. My husband said that it tasted like something served out of a fancy restaurant. When my son came home he was hoping we all liked it because he definitely wanted me to make it again. It really came together quickly. I did add a little more cream after it had sat a bit to thin it down. Will be making again soon!
SO glad you all enjoyed it!
Wonder if turkey would work here? I’m trying to cut back on sausage.
if you prefer turkey that would be fine
This recipe is going into rotation! I got your email, made my list, when straight to the store and made it that night. Everyone gave it 2 thumbs up and said “Make it again soon!”. It ranks right up there with your Million Dollar Taco Spaghetti!
Woohoo!!! I absolutely love this pasta. I’m thrilled you and your family enjoyed it too!
This was awesome and easy to make. My husband came into the kitchen while I was making it and said “just looking at the ingredients going in, it gets me all warm and fuzzy. It’s a keeper!!
Woohoo! SO glad y’all enjoyed it!
This dish sounds wonderful, but I’m not a big fan of this kind of sausage. Do you think it could be made with ground beef. If so would you suggest any seasonings to add to the beef?
Ground beef would be just fine. Any seasoning you enjoy would be fine.
This was AMAZING!
It popped up in my email a few days ago while I was making my grocery list and I’m so glad it did!
Everyone enjoyed it so much that I’ll have to double it next time so I’ll have leftovers!
SO glad you enjoyed it. It is a favorite at our house!
I made this last night for my family – it was incredible!! I used a tri-color penne pasta simply because it’s easier to eat than a thin noodle. SO so good!! I also added a can of mushrooms juice and all to thin it out a bit and because we love mushrooms!! Will be making this again real soon!!
SO glad you enjoyed it! It is one of my favorites!
Sound delicious, will try it soon. I need recipes for two adults.
Would this freeze well?
I don’t think so
