  • lbs steak cut
  • 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 4 to 5 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh oregano
