More than 3,500 family farms in Ohio raise enough pork to feed about 25 million people. So when you buy pork at the grocery store or the farmer’s market, you are supporting Ohio farm families that produce that pork.

How to Make Pulled Pork Cornbread Muffins

These cornbread muffins are super easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. In a medium bowl, whisk together Jiffy cornbread mix, eggs, mayonnaise, and melted butter. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese. Spray mini muffin pans with nonstick cooking spray. Scoop batter into the muffin tin. In a separate large bowl, toss pulled pork with your favorite barbecue sauce. Spoon bbq pork mixture into the center of the batter and press down. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the muffin comes out clean and tops of the muffins spring back when touched.
