Slow Cooker Creamed Corn with Bacon – Corn, cream cheese, heavy cream, milk, bacon and green onions. YUM! It is super creamy with a hint of smokiness from the bacon. Ingredients:

  • 5 cups frozen corn, Silver Queen
  • 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¾ cup cooked chopped bacon, about 3/4 pound
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients except green onions in slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours. Garnish with sliced green onions.

Notes:

Can substitute turkey bacon for cooked pork bacon.
