I made a few changes to this based on what I had at the time. I only had 1lb of ground beef so I used that and some frozen street corn instead of the canned corn. Otherwise I made the recipe as written and cooked it on high for 4 hours. It was really good!
How long would I need to set my brick pot if I cooked it on high?
You can cook it on HIGH for about half the time.
Looks so good! Can this be made in an Instant Pot? I no longer have a slow cooker. What adjustments would need to be made if I can?
I haven’t made this in the Instant Pot, so I can not say how to make it in a pressure cooker. You could try using the slow cook setting on the Instant Pot.
Do I add the hamburger in with the potato mix? There’s no mention of the hamburger after the first step. I’m kind of a clueless cook…

Sounds delicious but wondering if it be made in the oven or even in a Dutch oven on top of the stove.
You can try it.
