Ingredients:
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp pesto
- 7 soft taco flour tortillas
- 1⅓ -lb leftover turkey
- 7 slices montery jack cheese
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 14 slices cooked bacon
- 1 (4-oz) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- ⅓ cup apple butter
Instructions:
- Mix together mayonnaise and pest in a small bowl.
- Spread apple butter down the middle of a tortilla.
- Place a slice of cheese on top of the apple butter. Top it with 3-oz turkey.
- Add a few pieces of thinly sliced onion, 2 slices of bacon, mushrooms slices and 1 to 2 teaspoons of pesto mayonnaise.
- Fold the edges of the tortilla to the middle and place on a panini press. Cook until golden brown.
- Serve with a side of spicy honey mustard for dipping.
