Ingredients:

  • cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp pesto
  • 7 soft taco flour tortillas
  • 1⅓ -lb leftover turkey
  • 7 slices montery jack cheese
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 14 slices cooked bacon
  • 1 (4-oz) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
  • cup apple butter

Instructions:

  • Mix together mayonnaise and pest in a small bowl.
  • Spread apple butter down the middle of a tortilla.
  • Place a slice of cheese on top of the apple butter. Top it with 3-oz turkey.
  • Add a few pieces of thinly sliced onion, 2 slices of bacon, mushrooms slices and 1 to 2 teaspoons of pesto mayonnaise.
  • Fold the edges of the tortilla to the middle and place on a panini press. Cook until golden brown.
