Happy Thanksgiving week! I hope everyone has wonderful plans for the holiday!  Are you ready for the big meal? Make sure to check out our STRESS-FREE Thanksgiving Meal plan and start prepping early. I've already gotten started on our holiday meal! I can not wait!!! 

I've got lots of great recipes for you this week in addition to our Thanksgiving meal. I also have several recipes to use up all that yummy leftover turkey! Enjoy!

MONDAY
Pizza Chili - pizza and chili together in one delicious dish! Ground beef, sausage, pepperoni, garlic, salsa, pizza sauce, chili powder. Ready in about 30 minutes! Can also make in the slow cooker. Great for potlucks and tailgating! Top with mozzarella cheese or some ricotta cheese. Serve with some crusty garlic bread for a quick and easy meal that the whole family will LOVE!!! Freeze leftovers for a quick meal later!



TUESDAY
Doritos Chicken Taco Salad - you can't beat Doritos for dinner!!! Use a rotisserie chicken and this salad comes together in minutes! Great for a crowd! Just put a bowl out and let everyone graze! Chicken, corn, lettuce, black beans, taco seasoning, tomatoes, catalina dressing, ranch dressing and Doritos. SO good!! We never have any leftovers!



WEDNESDAY
The Ultimate Baked Spaghetti - cheesy spaghetti topped with Italian seasoned cream cheese, meat sauce and mozzarella cheese - SOOOO good! Makes a great freezer meal too! We ate this two days in a row!


Cheesy Garlic Crescent Rolls - string cheese, butter, garlic seasoning and refrigerated crescent rolls - great with pasta or as an appetizer served with warm pasta sauce!


THURSDAY








4-Day Cloverleaf Rolls - dough can be made up to 4 days in advance. GREAT timesaver for holiday meal planning!! Yeast, water, sugar, shortening, egg, salt flour and butter. SO delicious! Makes 2 dozen rolls, perfect for the big holiday meal and leftovers!!

Pecan Cobbler - THE BEST dessert ever! Magically makes an amazing sauce as it bakes. Butter, flour, sugar, milk, vanilla, pecans, toffee bits and boiling water. Serve with vanilla ice cream or fresh whipped cream. Perfect for the holidays!


FRIDAY
Chicken & Dumpling Casserole - use rotisserie chicken for a simple weeknight meal. Can also use leftover holiday turkey. Guaranteed to have your kids asking for seconds!


Cheddar-Pecan Green Bean Casserole - no cream of anything soup!! Fresh green beans and roasted red peppers tossed in a yummy buttermilk ranch sauce and topped with cheddar, pecans, and french fried onions. Not your grandmother's green bean casserole. This casserole is to-die-for! Can make the buttermilk ranch sauce and blanch green beans ahead of time for easy holiday meal prep!


SATURDAY
Turkey and Cranberry Wreath - great way to use up leftover turkey. Crescent rolls filled with cooked turkey, mayonnaise, celery, dijon mustard, dried cranberries, swiss cheese and pecans. This is SO good! Can make filling ahead of time and assemble and bake later. Great for parties, brunch, lunch, easy weeknight dinner and tailgating!


SUNDAY
St. Louis Style Pizza - no yeast pizza dough! Cracker crisp crust and an amazing cheese blend make this my favorite weeknight pizza! Ready to bake in minutes!
