  1. My picky son gave this a thumbs up! Quick and easy change up from regular bacon and eggs. I diced some bacon and fried it with the sausage, and sprinkled chopped bell pepper over the top before cooking. I recommend making it the night before and chilling till the next morning since it takes an hour in the oven. An easy casserole for visiting family or a large group. Thanks Plain Chicken!

  2. This is delicious! The first time I had a box of sausage links a chopped up and bacon. The second time I use Italian mild sausage. I used a mixture of cheese. The Worcestershire sauce and sour cream, I used plain Greek yogurt, is what makes this so delicious! The egg mixture is so fluffy and the cooing instructions are perfect. Thank you for sharing.

  3. I didn’t have sausage so I used frozen sausage links ( Vermont maple flavor) cooked then then cut into smaller and loaded em up. About half 20 links. So delicious! Thanks for this recipe! Delicious!
