Good Morning! I can't believe it is already August! Kids will be heading back to schools soon and FOOTBALL starts in a few weeks! I can't wait!! 

It's time to start planning the week ahead. This weeks menu is packed full of favorites! You can make Wednesday's meal ahead of time and refrigerate for later. It actually tastes better after it has had time to sit in the fridge. It is still blazing hot down here, so we are firing up the grill a for dinner a few nights this week. I've got some pork chop and chicken recipes for you. SO good! I've also got you covered for side dishes and a DELICIOUS pound cake recipe. The cake might be the BEST I've ever made. YUM!

MONDAY
Grilled Kansas City Pork Chops - THE BEST pork chops! Season pork chops with an easy dry rub and refrigerate until ready to grill. Brush with your favorite BBQ sauce before removing from grill! Pork chops, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt and pepper. We make these pork chops at least once a month. We LOVE this easy grilling recipe.



TUESDAY
Cracked Out Egg Salad - OMG! Seriously delicious!!! Eggs, mayonnaise, Ranch mix, cheddar cheese, bacon, celery, vinegar and worcestershire. Can make ahead of time and refrigerate for later. I always make a double batch and it is gone in a flash! Everyone loves this easy egg salad recipe.


WEDNESDAY
Greek Chicken Pasta Salad  - recipe for Taziki's Friday Pasta - homemade vinaigrette tossed with penne pasta, chicken, feta, tomatoes and fresh basil - good warm or cold. Great for a potluck. Can make a day ahead - the flavors get better as it sits. This is seriously delicious!


Divine Asparagus - only 4 ingredients! Asparagus, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese and paprika. Can add garlic salt too. Ready to eat in 20 minutes. We make this at least once a week! Our FAVORITE asparagus recipe!! #sidedish #asparagus #veggie



THURSDAY
New York Style Pizza Dough Recipe - only 4 ingredients to make the best pizza dough - this dough is so easy to work with! Make the dough and refrigerate until ready to use. Can make up to 3 or 4 days in advance.


FRIDAY
Beef Lombardi Casserole - comfort food at its best! SO easy! Can be made ahead and frozen for up to a month. Ground beef, tomatoes, diced tomatoes and green chiles, tomato paste, egg noodles, sour cream cheddar, parmesan and mozzarella. Everyone cleaned their plate!
