Made today….it was really good. Dough is sticky and I found that sprinkling it lightly with flour instead of cooking spray method worked better. Par baking is key I also poked holes in base to let steam escape. Will definitely make again.
Will it cook the same using the Gluten Free option of this mix?
I assume so, but I haven’t made this with the gluten-free mix.
I just used the gluten free cheddar bay biscuit mix for this and it was amazing!!!! I cooked it a little longer but so good.
Looks delicious! My one question is the dough really sticky? I only ask because I have a Betty Crocker pizza maker and wondering if it will just stick to the bottom and not cook properly.
My pizza cooked properly in the oven. I am not familiar with a Betty Crocker pizza maker, so I can not comment on how it would cook in that appliance.
Can’t wait to try this! Love your recipes! Thanks for sharing them!!Your new home looks beautiful!!
