Good Morning! It that time of the week again. Time to start planning the week ahead. I can't function without a weekly meal plan. I have to know what I am cooking every night so I can order groceries and get dinner on the table in a reasonable time. 

I am excited to share my weekly meal plan with you today! I have an easy & delicious main dish and side for every single night of the week. Casseroles, one-pot skillet meals, quick baked dishes and a fun twist to pizza night! I am really excited about dinner this week!

MONDAY
Taco Spaghetti - THE BEST! We ate this three days in a row! Ready in 30 minutes!! Taco meat, velveeta, diced tomatoes with green chilies, spaghetti, cream of chicken soup and cheddar cheese. CRAZY good! Everyone cleaned their plates - even our picky eaters! Our favorite Mexican casserole!
TUESDAY
"Cracked Out" Hot Chicken Salad - baked chicken salad loaded with cheddar, bacon and ranch! Chicken, mayonnaise, celery, lemon juice, cheddar cheese, worcestershire, bacon, ranch dressing mix, potato chips. SOOO good! Can make ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to serve. Great for a quick brunch, lunch or dinner.


WEDNESDAY
Ultimate Chicken Fingers - baked parmesan crusted chicken tenders - on the table in 20 minutes!


Chicken Finger Sauce - perfect copycat of Guthrie's, Zaxby's and Raising Cane's sauce. Seriously delicious!! Mayonnaise, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, seasoned salt, black pepper. Great with chicken fingers and fries. Got the recipe directly from a former employee. THURSDAY
Low-Carb Chicken Pepperoni Pizza - CRAZY good!! All the flavor and none of the fat and carbs. The crust is made of ground chicken - sounds weird, but it is SO good! Ground chicken, parmesan, Italian seasoning, mozzarella, pizza sauce and pepperoni. We make this all the time. All the flavors of pizza without all the guilt! #pizza #lowcarb #chicken


Crunchy Romaine Toss - CRAZY GOOD!!! Had this at a dinner party and everyone raved about it. I had to get the recipe so I could make it at home. SO easy to make and it tastes DELICIOUS!!! Romaine lettuce, broccoli, ramen noodles, butter, walnuts, red wine vinegar, vegetable oil, soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper. Great for dinner parties and potlucks! We make this at least once a month! SO good! #salad #sidedish #vegetables #romainelettuce #broccoli
