How to Make Mississippi Sin Breakfast Casserole
This ham and cheese breakfast casserole is super simple to make and only has a few ingredients. Press a can of crescent roll dough into the bottom and up the sides of a baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Top the crescent rolls with diced ham, shredded cheese, and chopped green onions. In a large bowl, whisk together cream cheese, eggs, hot sauce, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour egg mixture over ham and cheese. Bake in a preheated oven until set. Allow the casserole to cool for 5 to 10 minutes before cutting it into slices. Sprinkle casserole with more chopped green onions and enjoy.

Mississippi Sin Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 (8-oz) can refrigerated crescent rolls
- ¾ lb diced ham
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions chopped
- 6 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 2 Tbsp cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 Tbsp sour cream
- ½ tsp hot sauce
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9x13x2 pan with cooking spray.
- Unroll crescent rolls and press into the bottom and up the sides of the 9×13 pan, pressing seams together to seal.
- Sprinkle diced ham, green onions, and shredded cheeses over crust.
- Whisk eggs, milk, cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well blended. Pour over ham.
- Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until the center is set.
