I receive many recipes from various websites daily. While I enjoy seeing all of the recipes , I actually USE more of your recipes than anyone else’s! You have captured the essence of how we cook here in the south and I look forward to every recipe. Keep sending the “crack” sister! We love it!!
I COMPLETELY AGREE Lynn! My email is full of recipe sites, but Stephanieās caught my eye immediately! I print new recipes each week, and have tried so many, and all different types from Plainchicken.com. We have never been disappointed! Classic Southern cooking, and so good. Thank you Stephanie, all of your effort is worth it!!!!
"crack" in food = bacon + ranch dressing = awesome taste!!
YASSS!!!! Best combination out there!
I love your recipes?. I hate that you use "crack" in the titles in such a profligate manner. Can't you use words like delicious, delectable and other such words?
Toni – I hate that people don't know the definition of crack. Look it up! Crack as an adjective is defined as "very good, especially at a specified activity or in a specified role". I guess youāve never cracked glass, orĀ cracked a joke, or cracked up laughing. Crack was a word long before there was ever a drug.
Crack Dip is an easy make-ahead dip.
This dip name came about by accident. I made this for a Titans football game last year. We pulled it out at the tailgate and everybody went nuts over it. We couldn't stop eating it and jokingly said this stuff is like crack. The name stuck. I take this to every tailgate, and it is always a hit!
